By train 

If you are travelling from Mumbai to Karjat by train then the nearest railway station to Karjat would be Bhigwan which is located about 5 hours approximately from Dadar railway station. From Bhigwan, you can book a cab which will take about 40 minutes to reach your destination. 

By Taxi 

You can also take a direct taxi from Mumbai to Karjat. This would be a journey of nearly 4 hours. Hire a cab and comfortably travel to your vacation destination. 

By bus 

Talegaon Dhamdhere Bazar is the bus stop near Karjat where most of the buses from Mumbai will drop you. From here you can again get into a cab and travel for about 1 hour to reach your destination.
