Story of the Stay:

KOME- Greek Homes is a Greek inspired 12-bedroom haven in Karjat, offering multiple villas with astonishing lake views. The homes are painted with white and blue replicating Santori, near Mumbai. Every nook and corner of these villas have a great touch of Greek aesthetics ranging from the architecture to the interior decors. This Stay can be the place where your dream destination-based celebrations can come true.

The guests have the flexibility to book any set of rooms across the collection of home. Each villa has its own sparkling blue pool, there are various activities ranging from Kayaking, pottery to barbecue and picnics to keep the guests engaged during their staycation. KOME-Greek homes welcome you to celebrate all your special moments with them such as engagement ceremonies, weddings, birthdays and other special milestones. The villa can sufficiently accommodate 36 guests, throwing a party here with your friends and family would definitely be worth it.

Kairos Athena is a 3-bedroom villa with 180° views of Lake Kalote. The ground floor houses a living area and 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) that open up to the pool deck. There is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and balcony on the first floor. Above this floor is a large terrace.

Kairos Iris & Theos is a 5-bedroom villa with 2 pools in Karjat boasting the unique Cycladic architecture of Grecian homes.

Kairos Zeus are two 2-bedroom private villas, each with a private pool, aesthetic interiors, a decadent spread of gourmet meals and 180° views of Lake Kalote from the estate. There is a living room, dining space and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies on the ground floor of both villas making it elderly-friendly.

What we Love:

Food:

Kome-Greek Homes offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for its guests. Four meals are provided including Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner. Versatile cuisines are prepared by the in-house chef using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. South-Indian, North-Indian, Jain food, Chinese and Italian cuisines are available at the stay. Mutton and Seafood are subject to availability. Tea/Coffee is provided along with breakfast and evening snacks. Tea/ Coffee is available any time during the day at additional costs. The menu is standard, however with a 24-hour lead time the guests are offered with meals as per their preferences.

Bread, Butter & Jam, Tea/ Coffee, Hot/ Cold milk, Juice, Watermelon/ Papaya/ Banana, Eggs to order (sunny side up/ runny/ scrambled/ masala omelette)

Lunch:

1 Veg/ Non-Veg Soup + 1 Salad+ 1 Veg dry + 1 Veg Gravy/ Non-Veg Gravy + Bread + 1 Rice + 1 Dal + 1 Dessert

Dinner:

- 1 Veg/Non-Veg Soup + 1 Veg Appetizer + 1 Non-Veg Appetizer + 1 Veg dry + 1 Veg gravy/ Non-Veg gravy + Bread + 1 Rice + 1 Dal + 1 Dessert

Apart from the above-mentioned menu, the guests are free to choose other options from the menu.

Courteous Staff: The staff are courteous warm and friendly. There is a care-taker on site to assist the guests with anything they need. The staff can speak English, Hindi and Marathi, guests from other regions can freely communicate with them. The cordial hospitality of the guests will make you feel at home.

Ambience: KOME-Greek homes, is a replica of Greek Homes, the Grecian aesthetics and the decor is unique, making one feel in Greek. The stay is painted Blue and white and is adorned with aesthetic macrame wall decors that add charm and beauty to the overall aesthetics. The ambience suits well for special occasions, the nook and corner of the Stay is a photo-booth. For all those who are dreaming of a Fairytale wedding, Kome-Greek Homes is the apt venue as it makes a perfect destination wedding by the lakeside.

Kayaking is one of the best experiences of the stay, the guests enjoy a complimentary boat ride in the Kalote Lake, MAX CAMP organises this exciting activity for the guests at KOME-Greek Homes. The boat rides are a wonderful way to bond with friends and family. The breath-taking views from Kalote Lake are so therapeutic. Since the property premises are closer to the Lake, the guests can easily access this great experience.

Games:

Staycation and holidays are all about fun and excitement, so KOME-Greek Homes has a lot of fun and interesting games for both adults and kids. MAX CAMP, closer to the stay has a Petting zoo- a paradise for animal lovers. The Zoo has horses, swans, ducks and other birds, rabbits and a donkey.
