The villa is sea-facing and rooms offer surreal views of the Arabian Sea. The rooms are designed with Konkan architecture and provide all the modern amenities.

There is so much that this villa has to offer, the large viewing deck is an ideal place to plan your morning yoga session or grab a cup of tea while looking at the sea. The villa has all the games that adults and children like to play starting from a pool table to Monopoly. The in-house chefs will make sure you get mouth-watering snacks.

The villa is suitable for families, friends, or couples who would like to spend some time looking at the landscape, far away from city noises. You may also plan your special occasions like birthdays, retirement parties, or get-togethers here. Loud music will also be permitted during certain hours.

Guests are allowed to plan events/shoots in the villa and meals will be arranged for the guests at additional cost. Loud music will also be permitted during certain hours. The place is the best bet if you wish to spend your lifetime moments under the starlit sky while hearing the waves of the sea.
