It is a stunning four-bedroom pool villa located near Varasgaon Dam in Lavasa. This private pool villa is set on 4 acres and 10 minutes from Lavasa city, with a swimming pool and a cricket pitch only 5 minutes away by car from the house. Beautiful local paintings from Indonesia beautifully decorate the interior of this Lavasa cottage.

The property has an outside sitting area, four bedrooms, a living room, an open sit-out area, two powder washrooms and a powder room. You get authentic Maharashtrian feast, including Pithla Bhakri, Batata Vada, Sabudana Vadas Poha, etc. You can host family get-togethers, friend parties and day events. You can bring up to 30 guests at your day events.
