This beautiful property is situated on a 2-acre plot of land. This private villa features a 0.5-acre lawn, a gazebo, sit-out areas, and an organic farm for farming.

• The property is approximately 30-35 km from Pune city center. You can take the Sinhagad Road, which passes through the scenic Khadakwasla Dam area. The drive should take about an hour, depending on traffic. Also, the distance from Mumbai is around 160 km. You can take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and connect to Sinhagad Road towards Khadakwasla. The journey typically takes around 3 to 4 hours.
