On the edge of a mountain in a small village near Panchgani sits Countryside Stay, surrounded by farms, a real escape from the city & it's noises!! The road there will take you through lush countryside and picturesque villages, Green farmlands along with Panoramic views of hills in every direction.

Spread over 5 acres of land, the farm stay comprises an Infinity pool, huge strawberry farm, a restaurant & Unique Rooms with 4 poster beds. All rooms are tastefully decorated with spacious sit-out area & balconies that open to the farms, mountains & the Hatgheghar Dam.

An offbeat stay for people who love nature and privacy. Fruit & Vegetables are all produced on the farm, which is then used to prepare delicious homely meals for you. You can also go for Strawberry picking in the farms. To be honest, there is not much to do here and that is the reason this place holds a piece of my heart!!

If your heart aches for that village life, this is the place! Great for Families, Couples, Friends & Traveller's looking for an offbeat haven!

Experience at the property
Amazing farm stay experience with all the city amenities. It’s a huge property with various types of rooms to select from, as per personal comfort. You can have a bonfire party, read a book, meditate, do yoga, or just sit silently and admire the nature. There’s a magnificent view of the ghats from the poolside. Don’t miss the Sunrise and Sunset!
Highlight of the property
Seeing the Sun rise from the bed was a truly enriching experience. Most of the food items in their restaurant are organically grown in their own farms, and the spread is delectable. The walk to the restaurant will raise your appetite!
Things that can be improved
Nothing as such. But a heater installed would be great as it can get cold here at times.
Tip
Spring and monsoons are the best time to visit. The beauty of the place will increase manifolds during the rainy season. The way to the resort is like travelling into the wilderness, you might spot a deer or two on the way. Do visit the library-village at the foothills.

Property's Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation charges are not applicable for off-season weekdays.

b) Cancellation intimation will be accepted only when received on company Email or phone No. and not at the resort. c) Alternative dates will be offered, in case the intimation is given 7 days prior. d) 5 days prior 30 % retention charges on overall room tariff. e) 3 days prior 50 % retention charges on overall room tariff. f) 1 day prior 70 % retention charges on overall room tariff. g) On check-in date 100 % retention charges on overall tariff. h) 7 days before check-in date: no refund. i) In case of no-show no refund.

Yuyiii understands that sometimes Life has other plans. Do not worry! For any Rescheduling/Cancellation, we are always here to help you with a minimum charge of 500/-

For Confirmed Booking during Blackout dates/Festive period/Long weekend, cancellation is not possible.
