Having lived in a city all my life, I have not encountered many places that I can describe as ‘radiating with positive energies’. While it is a popular term used nowadays, it is extremely rare to find when you’re constantly travelling by metro and occupying the same white walled rooms.

I had a change in scenery, and by that, I mean a 180°, wholly different, experience when I visited this village resort located in Alwar, Rajasthan. I can say a lot about this location but the first thing that struck with me was how unique it is. I can’t say I can comfortably see the Aravalli hills when I'm lounging at home comfortably, but I can say it when I visit the village resort. It is not white walled but colourful instead. It is not the Pinterest- minimalist, but opulent instead. everytime you look around the resort, you will find some beauty to appreciate.

I will continue with my comparison of my city life and this village because it was such a relaxing time for me to see a new sight like this. Stars are a rare sight in the heavily polluted skies of my city, but when I looked at the skies in the open and spacious resort, I could actually practise the luxury of star-gazing!

Families would enjoy their time in this resort because they will have so much to share with their friends about. I can only imagine the excitement of a child who spots a wild animal while they’re out on a guided nature walk around the resort. It is adventurous with the discoveries you might find and beautiful with its hilly surroundings and clear skies.

The Rajasthani theme is resonated in the architecture and designs you encounter at the resort. Regardless of which room you decide to occupy, your comfort will be met because the resort upholds a high standard with the luxurious services it delivers. The spacious air conditioned rooms, 24/7 housekeeping, and modern bathroom amenities are some of the features that you wind in many locations, but the loving and positive energies you find in the servicing and surroundings are extremely rare.

Besides the wild animal spotting (at the guided nature walks), there is always the fun time of relaxing at the pool. This is a location kids will thoroughly enjoy at. Right from the spacious rooms to run around in, to the stories they could tell their friends about the nature they were surrounded by, this getaway will be one etched into their memories.

This stay will never be lacking in beauty because of the serenity and almost royal feeling you will have when you walk down its property. The colours are not loud and the designs are not too dramatic. It is just perfect and soothing to the eyes. If you’re from the city and want a break away from the same white walls, grey roads, and a busy schedule, you must visit this resort!
