Our best price guarantee - factors
- For the same property and accommodation/room/bed type publicly available on an authorised platform.
- For the same check-in and check-out dates.
- For the same cancellation policy and other related conditions.
When we can't guarantee? If the other rate is :
- On a website that doesn’t reveal the property or accommodation type you’ll be staying in until after booking.
- Part of a loyalty/rewards/any other promotion programme. For example, discount on your first booking, discount on registering, corporate promotion, group booking discounts, discounts on a specific bank credit or debit card or other similar offers
- If your booking or the offer you're comparing with is part of a flight or train or any other package
Yuyiii reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the "Best Price Guarantee" at anytime.
FAQs
The rate that you notify should be live and available at the time of your notification and when our Guest Services team checks it on the reported website. It should be for the same dates, same property, same accommodation (room/bed type), same number of adults, meal type, should not be part of any kind of promotion. The Tariff must be subject to the same booking and cancellation policies.
This allows for the Guest Services team to contact the Hotel in question while the lower rate is live and bookable. Without this condition, we cannot guarantee if we can match the rate.
